Global Real exists because its founder needed it to exist: a group structure for companies investing in hospitality and real estate abroad, and an advisory practice built on what those investments actually teach.
Our story
From one market to a group
Global Real was founded by Darius Stravinskas, who built his first real estate business, Baltic Real, in Lithuania. Investing beyond one home market surfaces questions that domestic experience never asks: which country's risks can erase a position entirely, how foreign investors are really financed, and how tax and legal systems treat capital that arrives from abroad.
Answering those questions with our own capital produced a methodology, and the methodology became a service. Today Global Real operates as an international hospitality and real estate investment holding and advisory company: the parent of operating companies abroad, and an adviser to external investors who want their decisions tested the way an owner tests them.
